The request from the municipality of San Donà di Piave to have a small neighborhood park located in the center of a new urban area provided the opportunity to experience the theme of contemporary public space in a fragmented landscape. The conformation of the project area, inserted in a context of buildings of two or four floors, has been redesigned to be open towards the south, on the main road.

A solid surface of white crushed stone mixed with concrete of the same color is used to uniform the pedestrian paths which are then deformed in width, shape and level to become seating, open-air auditorium, fountain, children’s play area, cycle path and picnic areas.
