The project of the Baronio Park concerns the construction of a new public park, a hub of activity and life in the neighborhood which determines a link with the surrounding urban surface. Environmental quality is therefore pursued as the primary objective of the intervention, paying attention to the urban and landscape design together with the study of open spaces  and the system of roads, cycling and pedestrian connections.

The project preserves the system of pre-existing gardens with over two hundred cultivated spaces, distributed at the main entrances of the park. The different green areas respond to the individual needs of the residents, offering spaces for movement, for meeting and dialogue, for play, but also more reserved spaces for a quiet and noise-free use.

These green inserts host, within them, a thorn of cycle and pedestrian paths that innervate the public spaces and, by connecting to the existing urban network, systematize the new urbanizations with the historic center.
