The Townsquare project is a large mixed-use development in the middle of the Sliema District in Malta. Located on a peninsula on the eastern side of the island within a 10 minutes ferry distance from the northern side of Valletta, the Townsquare Masterplan includes retail, offices and a residential tower designed by the leading architect MXA and One Works.

The landscape design, of approx. 7,500 square meters of semi-public spaces, includes: a dynamic square conceived in all its elements to be set up and modified in order to accommodate every kind of diversified activities, the recovery of the historic garden of the villa in accordance with the local design and the preservation of important plants varieties, wide green walls and a path that hosts outdoor art works, sculptures, murals, interactive works, that transversely connect the commercial and residential areas.
