The area where the sports facility and motocross track of Montecoralli is located in a natural amphitheater bordered by small streams, canals and wooded areas as if to naturally protect the area. The widespread agriculture in the neighboring lands, on the other hand, has given room to the motocross field, which exploits the natural hilly terrain of the land to generate a path full of slopes, with climbs, descents and natural obstacles that make the system particularly appreciated for national and international events.

The value of the redevelopment of the existing system is therefore, in addition to the qualitative evolution of the sports and recreational offer, in resewing the structural elements of the landscape quality, amplifying the visual continuity of free spaces, woods and waterways, recomposing the morphology of free spaces, relocating existing buildings, generating continuity of space with new sports and recreational activities.
